Payment
- All public workshop fees are required 7 days post invoice.
- All workshop fees indicated are GST exclusive.
- Pricing: 1 Day $595 + GST | 2 Day $1295 + GST (unless promotion code used).
Public Workshop Cancellation Policy
Cancellations may be notified by phone but must be confirmed in writing by fax, post or email.
- Registrations cancelled up to 10 working days prior to the workshop will receive a full refund.
- Registrations cancelled less than 10 working days prior will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, with the remaining 50% transferable to another workshop or for another participant.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the workshop cannot be transferred & 100% cancellation fee will apply.
- No refunds or credits can be given for fully paid participants who, without notice, do not attend.
- However, substitutions are acceptable up to the commencement of the workshop.
All transfers to a workshop must be within a six month period from the original workshop date, or the next available course, whichever is sooner.
All public workshops require a minimum number of participants in order to be successful. This provides for optimum participation and interaction, which increases learning opportunities and maximises your investment. Should we not reach the minimum number of participants and have to postpone the workshop a representative will contact you five days before the workshop to discuss the alternatives so that you can select the most appropriate solution.
In-House Workshop Terms & Conditions
- Cancellations may be notified by phone but must be confirmed in writing.
- Any additional participants above the stated number will incur additional course costs.
- Workshops cancelled more than 20 working days from the workshop start date will incur a cancellation fee of $350 and any expenses or development costs incurred.
- Workshops cancelled less than 20 working days prior to the workshop will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the workshop will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- One change to the workshop date is permitted up to 20 working days prior to the workshop, subject to availability. If the new date is not within 30 days of the original dates booked then the change will be treated as a cancellation.
- No refunds or credits can be given for fully paid participants who, without notice, do not attend. However, substitutions are acceptable up to the commencement of the workshop.
- Where development work is required, a 50% deposit is payable on confirmation.
- GST will be added to all course charges.
- Net payment is due by 20th of the month following our invoice or prior to the course commencement; whichever is sooner.
- Overdue accounts will incur interest at 2% per month and may incur all costs of recovery including commissions and legal costs.
- The client agrees not to contract any training consultants introduced to them by Training101 or KiwiHost to perform training or other services for a minimum period of two years from the date of last service.
